but thought I'd post it here as well since it can be easy to miss stuff there. An interesting story about Sgt. Stubby, a dog in WWI. The author's writing style can be rather colorful and numerous expletives so be advised.

My character somehow got all twisted up. I was playing the mission where you have to infiltrate the Golden Glow Estate and do multiple things. When I was out burning beehives and fighting I just eventually ran away to view my success from a distance. I first noticed it when I squated down on a tree trunk. Coot..the squatter../simHQ/2011

Agreed. I really enjoyed this story as well as the one about the Polish unit and the bear linked in it. Its amazing to see the ways that we find even the most unconventional companionship in one of humanity's most brutal endeavors.
