I am 74th_Bast and I was not the one who shot at your planes. I am in contact with Wrecking Crew and this will be sorted.

This teamkiller frequents all the open unsecure DCS servers and wastes peoples valuble time. The admin from Wargamelabs 'Goodkill' and many who frequent his server can confirm this. I have spoken to him aswell.

Please all server admins, use servman and ban by IP whenever these things occur when it occurs. I dont think there are very many of these idiots floating around so it doesnt take much to get rid of them.

When I am un-banned from Eno's server I would love to come by and fly.

Very good Bast,

I think we are making progress. Call me when you can, I'm looking forward to talking with you.

To be frank with everyone, the reason for the team killer post last Friday has had my intended effect. I think we are zeroing in on the real culprit, and that person was contacted by me a few minutes ago.

And rather than throw names around going forward, and *if* there is a Servman global ban list, then we will look at that being a solution to eliminate team killers from Servman assisted servers.

Eno, can you remove 74th_Bast_IP from the Firehouse ban list? If Stretch got on there take him off too - please.

Just had a good talk with Bast from the 74th.

We have had similar experiences with team kill events and we are triangulating the source.

The net is closing.

A person joined our 74th website and posted this today in regards to the incidents of teamkilling.

He registered himself as 74th_Bastistk and this is what he had to say....

"Hello my darling bast...you seem to post everywhere that u are not a teamkiller...tsk tsk

We remember that night when you were teamkilling with the hokum and we have the video to prove it was you as well as your correct user id from goodkill. you remember darling bast don't you? Toad was in that server also and he will verify this is what you get when you mess with us ahahah trying to say that it is not you team killing it was. A member of your squadron even verified it was you that day in goodkill's server circling around. Don't try and play like you are innocent you are the one who started this mess. You wouldn't let us play a normal game in goodkill's server so you run around circling to tk. You went into eno's server to show ur real id and we compared it to the one that night in goodkills server when the tking happened, guess what they matched Nice try my darling...

We never forget, we never forgive.

So! Because you decided to tk us that night we have been having fun in all sorts of games, not just dcs but bf3, cod, arma, all sorts of multiplayer games with 'you' involved. many many people in all sorts of games are disappointed in your tking 74th_bast in games, you are now notorious not just in dcs hehehehehe. but this can all stop, it can all come to an end, would you like to know how? it is simple.

Go to the SimHQ forum and ed forum and admit that you were flying around in the ka50 hokum team killing and not letting people takeoff. admit it was the real you and whoever is tking everywhere with bast username will stop.

have a great day bast, we are watching u"

Looks like I snagged a real winner here and I hope he gets the help with life he needs...

I was on Goodkills Wargamelabs server as I had been on several occasions having a good time. Then this guy shows up with the name 'insert name here' or something. He is instantly recognized by several of Goodkills crew as a person who had been on the server several times teamkilling. He was told to join Teamspeak per server rules and he would not... he was given SEVERAL warnings and would not respond. He then attempted to takeoff on the taxiway and that is when I was asked by the server admin and several others to stop him. I then put some rounds into his plane and only his plane to prevent his takeoff. He then left and came back with one of Goodkills crews names and shot me with a missile and typed some silly message in chat. I can only assume this is the guy running around using my name to teamkill in others server.

My decision to shoot this player was the wrong one, not only because I now have this parasite attached to me but also because it isnt my job to police other peoples servers. It is the Admins responsibility to take care of these teamkillers by banning their client ID when the events take place. If all Admins do this then it wont be long before all of the griefers are eliminated.

I hope this situation has brought light to the issue of server security and can help keep the servers free of drama.

Goodkill, Wrecking Crew, Eno, and others I cant mention publicly, thanks for the quick responses.

This community is the best I have ever been involved with and look forward to flying with you all soon.

I do apologize, it is true that the teamkilling rampages could have been done by someone using PeterP's name or anyone elses.

Whoever this goof is I hope he is weeded out in time.

The 74th should now have the IP of the person who sent me that message and will possibly help in the search for the offender.

Oh and when using Servman I was just told by STP Dragon to use the 'ban by UCID' and then the name of the offender will be irrelevant

It must be a pain for the creater of Servman and for the server Admins to also have to keep getting a new version of Servman everytime there is a patch for DCS.

I thank all admins having to keep a server up and running with all the current programs and I thank all those who are providing a place for pilots to come and fly with little hassle. These dramas are rare in my experience and hopefully together we can clean things up.
