AMD FX8350 CPU Coming 2 or 3 Months - Rumor

Rumor that AMD 8 core "Piledriver" FX8350 CPU is coming in mid to late Summer (its Summer now  ). New 6 core and 4 core CPUs coming also. Said to have higher clocks and improved architecture (basically a Bulldozer upgrade). FX8350 This Summer Rumor My Bulldozer FX8150 works well enough. And, Piledriver is supposed to be in the range of 10 to 15 percent faster (not visible to me). But, if the price is right, I'm considering buying an FX8350 just for fun.

Only 10-15% faster than the Bulldozers? Seems rather poor considering Intel's offerings.
I would hope it is $100 or so with that level of performance.

Still saying October for FX8350. FX8320 and FX8300 announced. From Fudzilla: We have already revealed that AMD FX 8350 is a 4GHz eight-core, capable of hitting 4.2GHz on Turbo ..
The runner up is called AMD FX 8320 and is an eight-core with 16MB cache at 3.5GHz that can get to 4.0GHz on Turbo..
The AMD FX 8300 is also an eight-core processor with a 95W TDP that still has 16MB of cache and works at 3.3GHz default ..
They all should show up in late October according to current plans... These are not Bulldozers. They are "Piledrivers". The architecture has been made slightly more efficient. And they seem to clock a bit higher. We'll have to wait for test reports to know exactly what they bring to the game.

I would hope it is $100 or so with that level of performance. 10-15% IPC Faster, 10-15% Higher Clock Frequencies 10-15% Faster in Windows 8. That's that part people are missing. my FX8120 does fine at stock clocks, but the performance boost from the Pile Driver Architecture and Higher Stock core frequency will put it up more than 10% over my Current CPU even with the Bulldozer Over Clocked to 4.0 Ghz, As when you overclock, the Power/Performance Ratio starts to drop. if it goes well I'll get the 4Ghz Version and give my Current CPU + a Mobo/Ram Upgrade to my brother.

Just rumored that the current crop of AMD Bulldozer CPUs will no longer be sold after Q4 this year -- so, more likely now that the FX8350 "Piledriver" will come sooner than later.
