With Tropical Storm Debby floating around some people are taking extra caution...perhaps for flooding?

I saw this while walking into a resturant. My first thought was perhaps they wanted to protect their car from idiots who like to swing their doors open and denting their car.
Who knows, but i'd like to know how they got back in.
