I failed, just 594 and not before the hump, but right before the corner.

This time I simply have to, as I tried the cars available from BMW with some rule-of-thumb setups.

Max speed 320: 290
Max speed M1: 340

First laptime 320: 3:52
First laptime M1: 3:37

As much as I enjoy the 320, it's time for the M1 now. Doug, expect a custom scheme from me.

How about this?
Slightly underpowered on the straights but takes corners well.

LMAO Stew!!!

How did that Ford set up go? I couldn't manage long runs in it so I don't know if the tyres overheat or if they stay good...

Not bad from what I have seen so far, but I havent done a long run in it yet. I kept falling over at Indianapolis! Getting used to it though, so hopefully will be ok by the time the race comes round.

Yeah Indianoplis demands so much more respect on the old course... I brake as soon as I get out of the right hander leading into it, and then sometimes still end up in the wall lol..

Oh I shall...

I must say that I do like the pre 78 version of this track a little more... That tight corner before the Mulsanne is so much more of a challenge biggrin

It's very tempting to give the gas a little squirt before Indianapolis but I've learnt not to, the corner is closer than it looks.
