It's too much like COD for me. I play BF3 for vehicles and open spaces.

Finally decided to get premium last night. Gameplay is way different, I wish it was designed with fixed spawns in mind so you can have defined fronts develop on the maps. The lack of spawning on a point seems to discourage actually defending the points, but there are a few players keen on keeping the points. Additionally I was hard pressed to find locations that would be good for setting up a LMG with a bipod, simply because some player could just randomly spawn behind me. The only map I really dislike is Scrapmetal as most of the paths seem to blend in with the walls and props, and it just seems WAY smaller than the other maps.

Gun game is actually kind of fun. I just wish they had more options for it. Simple stuff like starting with more powerful weapons and working down toward pistols, grenades, and finally the knife kill. Also its neat you get to use the new weapons, but I wish the weapon selection was a little randomized.

Its alright, not amazing, but not terrible. I don't get why they couldn't have made bigger interior maps and tried to make it more battlefield than COD.

The squad I play with have already gone back to servers playing the original game types/maps. It's too bad you can't mix up the maps/game types into some type of rotation. Just playing close quarters gets old fast.

I bought Premium last night and just played CQ for an hour and really liked it. I was surprised because I don't like COD's maps but the BF3 CQ one's I really enjoyed especially 'Scrapmetal'.

I like it that you can damage a lot! Not only by a dumb bullet hole decal as in CoD.
Mind you, I play the whole MoH, BF ànd CoD series...

^this

was in a map and a building had 2 snipers and a support type with claymores covering the stairs up. Thanks to a friendly mortar smoke, I got in close and put 6 c-4 on all the outer walls of the building. Ran away and -kablooey- 3kills. The building was a pile of rubble.
