Genbrien Stick to the plan man! Member Registered: 05/01/09 Posts: 826 Loc: Quebec, Canada	I'm looking for some kind of Cold War/WW3 RTS. I want something more elaborate than World in Conflict, maybe ala Shogun2 There doesnt seem to have a lot of them. I heard about Superpower2. Believe they have demos so you can at least get a feel for the scale/scope. Cold War has a couple outstanding issues, but a new patch is supposed to be out in the next month or so, hopefully it addresses them. _________________________ Suicide is man's way of telling god "You can't fire me, I quit!"

They made good rts with Codename Panzers 1 and 2 .The games are similar to CoH , Soldiers Heroes of \|WWII or Theatre of War. Otherwise you have Steel Armour Blaze of War made by Graviteam.It's original in the sens that iot's a combo sim/rts which means you can play it eihter way or both in succession.It's not a European Cold war rts but rather set in various of the Cold War sub theatres; Angola( Cubans vs South Africans), Iran-Iraq, Afghanistan.

SacaSoh Junior Member Registered: 10/12/11 Posts: 80 Loc: Brasil	Supreme Ruler Cold War have a "Modern World Scenario" mod, it's pretty nice, but, as Dick Dastardly said, the game have some issues. But, it's the only modern geopolitical simulator. I'm interested in smaller scale WW3 games, but I only play singleplayer, so looks like Wargame: EE isn't a nice option (from what I've read of the AI and campaign). But looks like the next Wargame, "Airland Battle", will have some sort of dynamic campaign, I'll keep my hopes up to the possibility of a kind of modern "Total War" game.
