I bought this when it came out for the xbox 360 and enjoyed what I played but eventually traded it in, with the plans of getting it on pc when it went on sale for the better resolution graphics.

Well Steam has the whole collection on sale for $15!(Base game, two DLCs, expansion pack, original Deus Ex and the sequel) Now that's a stinking bargain.

Right now I'm only interested in the base game. Have too many other games that have yet to be completed. So I just bought Human Revolution for $7.49! band

I never played the original but know its supposed to be a classic. I did play a little of Invisible War but never got into it.

DE:IW is an utterly fantastic RPG. I guarantee you'll enjoy it! I bought it as well as the DLC's when it went on sale last Christmas.

It played very smooth for me on near max settings and I only have a mid-range PC.

Coot, if you haven't done so already I really recommend you getting the Missing Link DLC as well. In my opinion that DLC is well worth even it's full price. It fits into the original story very neatly and has a great atmosphere to it. Plus, the final boss fight is way better than the lame ones of the original game.

Lemme see how it runs and how I progress. I was tempted to pick it up at the same time.

LOL!! Oops. That's what happens when I've not had coffee for the day.

Of course I meant DE:HR. Sigh.

Yeah I was wondering about you there for a minute Panzer. Not that I know cause it was years ago that I only played a tiny bit of it but most things I've heard about it was that it wasn't so great.

I agree, very good game. Long story and plenty of action. Should run well on mid/low level machines. Excellent value for your $.
