Saitek pedals - toe brakes not calibrating

I've had a set of Saitek pedals for a few years, until recently I haven't tried to use the toe brake function.
I can assign left and right brakes OK in FSX but its obvious that the left pedal brake isn't moving as much as the right. In the windows config panel the right brake moves to 100% travel, left only moves about 30% with the pedal at full travel.
I've tried downloading the current drivers from Saitek, calibrating in FSX neither make any difference. I've deleted the registry key for the pedal calibration, still no go.
Does anyone have any further ideas?

I haven't had that problem with my Saitek Rudder Pedals, but I had a problem with my Saitek X52 a while back where the Win7 calibration "center" was off and so I was not getting the right range on the right axis compared to the left, and when I researched it, I tracked down how to reset Win 7 calibration values. I don't recall the exact thing that solved it, but here was the thread I used to find whatever the solution was (I think it was DXTweak2): http://www.nogripracing.com/forum/showthread.php?p=1462512 Of course that is assuming the problem is software related, the best thing to confirm would be if you could try the pedals on a different computer and if the same problem exists then it is a problem with the sensor and the only option is to try to repair or replace it.
Anyhow hope that helps.

I've managed to get my left toe brake working in FSX now Running DXtweak as admin I've been able to set up a custom curve for the axis so I get full deflection in game to mirror my real pedal full deflection. Windows still reports only 30% movement but FSX shows 100%. Result.
