The 24 hours has begun.
Streaming links can be found here: Nogrip Racing
SpeedTV is broacasting live most of the race and 24hr live streaming from Corvette Racing: SpeedTV
Radio Lemans is my personal favorite for great audio coverage and commentary: Radio LeMans

Good luck to all the teams especially Corvette, Pescarolo and Ferrari.

Watching coverage on SpeedTV, and watching live Corvette cockpit views at www.speed.com/corvette on my iPad. SWEET! (and FM4 is represented all over the place well, lol.) wink

Cool.

Some pretty nice telemetry from onboard the Audi R18: http://www.audi-liveracing.com/desktop/index.jsp?streamid=1&ref=streamId1&l=en_CA

Talk about moving through traffic, he is getting around the vettes and porches like they are standing still...

I really love this race. For the first time a Dutch tv channel, RTL7 is broadcasting the entire race live. I'm in endurance racing heaven.

I have to admit that seeing it on TV is a heck of a lot more comfortable than being there in person, but it doesn't quite have the same atmosphere. smile
Good work to the Audi team. Shame McNish had a little off-track excursion or else he could have fought for the lead. A great shame that the Toyotas went out as well - they showed pretty good pace until the mechanical gremlins and shunts occurred.

Good to hear that Davidson is alright as well. Nasty, nasty shunt.

Sad that Peugeot didn't participate this year. Great battles with Audi in the past. Hope for next year.
I found this one somewhat booring. Audi all over the place.

My words exactly. We planned an overnighter at a friends place, eating drinking and watching almost continous 24 hours. So when Anthony was pushed off and immediatly after the safety car the japanese toyota driver had to push the Delta Wing, the entire excitement went out of the race. Just as Toyota had begun to run similar laptimes and actually fought for the lead this was total anti-climax.

Of course not every race can have the storyboard of 2011, but I hope Peugeot comes back and Toyota as well as Porsche in 2014 will put up a real fight.

Also IMHO Audi should not have started with more than three cars. Three cars means you have seriously hard work ahead to get a full podium. Four is one reserve too many.

Yes I have cable....what i meant was that it gets no "mainsteam" news coverage. It has turned into almost a non-event. We know when the khardasians take a dump or when justin beiber gets new hair gel...but don't hear about LeMans.
