Just re-installed OFF and HITR and patched to latest. Starting a campaign and have tried two different starts and missions and both times in the middle of the missions, crash to desktop. I tried compatibility mode to Win XP and am running as administrator. I have moved terrain and scenery to 4. Any ideas??


Intel Core i5-2400 @ 3.10 GHz
8gb RAM
Windows 7 Home 64bit
NVidia GeForce GT 520 with latest drivers

If I hadn't seen your system specs, I had guessed, you had too little RAM.
But you have more than I have. Your CPU should also do fine.

Did you follow the correct install and patching order?

You should be able to run wide open with those specs

And Windows 7 ain't been around long enough for your heat sink on the CPU to be clogged with dust creating an overheat condition, unless there's a cat in the household ?
