My old Glock 19 could fit 21 9mm's into it.  Yeah, but the problem with that is that it was a Glock 19. LOL -Skater

18rounds are flush to the magwell. The bottom of the mag is just a rubber bump stop extension to prevent the mag from taking damage when dropped from the well to the ground in a tactical mag change.
-Skater Didn't think you could fit 18 in that grip. That is impressive. Yep... It double stacks 'em... Has a nice backstrap too... Fits my big hands just fine. Reminds me of the Mk25 in the Navy... -Skater

Love the XD.
For some reason, I just do not like the Glock.
Accurate... Yes.
Reliable... ULTRA Reliable.
Bulletproof... Just about.
Modable... The most modable gun ever made. Period.
Feel... I can't get used to the feel of this gun. It is just a weird feeling gun to hold and shoot for me. The way the gun feels, for me, is 50% of what makes a gun good.
