I figured it out and got it loaded to the game but when trying to start the campaing I get an error and screen goes blank when I preesesc.Dimwit

This does not help because you have not told us what you did.
If you can see the planesets listed for selection on the "Game Set-up" screen, then which one have you loaded?



If you want to fly a career then you need the CDF planeset as shown because the career and squadron files are based on it and not the others.
Also, as you have the DirSetPicker working you could download the "ModSquad BoB" from my DSP page- just click on the picture, and as usual run the 7-zip installer exe in your EAW folder.
