I cannot believe there is no backup function in Origin. Did these people even THINK about any of this when it was coded?

Attention, EA. Not all of us possess a T1 line. Just sayin'.

If you check out your 'my games' section when origin is running, there is an option to have your games automatically cloud backup. If I remember correctly

That's just for save games, there's only 100MB of space available. I want avoid having to download the whole game ever again.

Thanks. I'm having browser issues at this point. Downloading Firefox so I can filter out regions. It's almost like they really don't want you playing their game. I thought launching games was a mildly dumb idea until I tried it. Now it's flippin' idiotic beyond all recognition.

Not entirely sure I will, but it definitely doesn't look as muddy.

I'm not certain about the other stuff, but okay.

I noticed that in Origin settings there is an option to 'keep game installers after games have been installed'.
Perhaps no good to you now as it's not checked by default (at least mine wasn't) but something for future games?
