I believe a "*" before campaign name in "Career" window of "New Pilot Career" Menu means that campaign is DGen generated. But I see also dynamic campaigns having a "(x)" before their name, while no symbols generally is associated to static campaigns, although I see also dynamic ones without symbols. A bit messy... confused

Unfortunately, kind of campaign isn't always detailed into "Description" window of same Menu, so often the last way to know what kind of career is... is just start it! smile

Well, I would ask if there's some kind of convention, rule or habit about this; I'm working to update an old campaign (with author's permission) and would try to be more precise.

Overall I usually associate those starred campaigns with Dgen. However for whatever reason, there are some statics denoted in such fashion. Nevertheless, if it were me I would use the conventional standard * for dynamic association as I believe that was the intended rule of thumb.
