I believe I have been aboard this aircraft, if it's the same one that toured with the B-24 All American

No, you were aboard the Collings Foundation's B-17, "Nine 'O Nine." Those two planes tour all the time together. I've been aboard them too.
That one in the pics is, I belive, the original "Memphis Belle." Been in storage for decades.

I also think that it is the original Memphis Belle aircraft.

Actually it would have been better had it been stored for decades. She spent several decades sitting out in the elements being looted by the people of the city of Memphis at a National Guard Armory before they moved her to "Mud Island". Mud Island was not much better than the Armory since even though she was under a covered roof she was still susceptible to the elements.

After the war, the Memphis Belle was saved from reclamation at Altus Air Force Base, where she had been consigned since 1 August 1945, by the efforts of the mayor of Memphis, Walter Chandler, and the city bought the B-17 for $350. She was flown to Memphis in July 1946 and stored until the summer of 1949 when she was placed on display at the National Guard armory. She sat out-of-doors into the 1980s, slowly deteriorating due to weather and vandalism. Souvenir hunters removed almost all of the interior components. Eventually no instruments were left in the cockpit, and virtually every removable piece of the aircraft's interior had been scavenged, often severing the aircraft's wiring and control cables in the process.

Robert Morgan say much the same thing in his book "The Man who flew the Memphis Belle." In the book he even mentions that someone mailed back the Control Yoke anonymously for the pilot side that had been stolen from the aircraft years earlier.

You may have seen the one used in the movie "Memphis Belle" (1989) and that continues to fly out of Geneseo, New York with the Memphis Belle markings. I saw it at an air show in Erie, Pa., in 1992 and I remember somebody explaining back then that it wasn't the real Memphis Belle but rather the one used in the movie.
