Hi everyone! I have a problem in flaming cliffs 2, the A-10a can't fly straight it always pitches down without me doing anything. This is annoying, it makes it difficult to aim the gun or use the mavericks. Is this the games normal flightmodel or is it a bug.
Any help would be appreciated.

Airspeed changes = pitch moment changes.

You have to trim the plane for the given airspeed. This is not a bug.

I don't what you mean by "trim the plane", if you mean constantly pulling my joystick back then this is the only Flightsim i know that you have to do that. In all other sims i've played (Strike Fighters Series, Falcon 4 and Free Falcon 5 etc.) the plane doesn't slowly pitch down because you change the speed.

Then you don't know much about planes smile All aircraft need to be trimmed for the airspeed you want to fly them at.

Check the control list for trim buttons. Use them, and you'll see how it works.

Pretty irrelevant. SF doesn't have good flight dynamics, and The F-16 is an FBW aircraft which is simulated as requiring no trimming at all. In reality, it needs -some-, but not as much as an aircraft that does not have an automatic trim function.

The only FC2 flyable aircraft that has such a function is the F-15C. The rest you must trim yourself.

Most of the planes in lomac needs to be trimmed manually with the speed change.
Old pilot used to know the change of speed with the characteristic, if I remember correctly.

Another tips, according to article of fighter pilot on Mitsubishi corporation website, when his plane(I believe hes talking about F-1 mitsubishi) reaches mach speed, she tries to go down instead.

Check the key card for the specific plane you're looking at flying. Here's a good introduction to trim. Yes, it's for IL-2, but the principles hold true for all aircraft that don't have trim done automatically by fly by wire.
