The A-6 Superpack enhances the default A-6 Intruders available in SF2 Vietnam and SF2 North Atlantic. It has been tested with a Full 5 Merged install, but should work with SF2V or SF2NA standalone. Enhanced campaigns require both SF2V and SF2NA in addition to the theater the campaign supports (e.g. SF2E).

You don't need the RAZBAM cockpit, but the package doesn't include a cockpit. The two obvious solutions are both commercial. First, if you already have a copy of Wings over Vietnam, you can extract the A-6 from that CAT file and import it into the A-6 mod. The other immediate solution is to pick up the RAZBAM A-6 pack for SF1, extract it to a dummy folder and just import the cockpits into the superpack (the models are very nice, but incompatible with the superpack skins and may impose some weird artifacts and flight dynamics if imported straight into SF2).

If you have the Vietnam Air and Ground Expansion Pack or Desert Storm, you can also import the cockpits from those mods. However, with CA down they might be harder to find right now.

Personally, I think the RAZBAM cockpits alone are worth the $16. You get a functional VDI (though it isn't a functional DIANE, but it looks cool) and a lot of very nice details. If you have to choose between $10 WoV or $16 RAZBAM, then RAZBAM is a no-brainer, but if you already have WoV you can just do the extraction.

I already had WoV, and I still bought the RAZBAM set.

Home Fries, I can't get the Intruder's to show up in any campaign. With the sale today, I have all the campaigns and the DLC and still can't get the Intruders to show up in the menu options. What am I doing wrong? I followed your instructions to the letter and still nothing.

Also, installed Jones Generic Mod folder in the main SF2 directory. Is it supposed to be installed in the X:\Users\Name\Saved Games\Thirdwire?

I have it, but those damn install instructions are daunting. I'm gonna have to take an hour some lazy weekend afternoon and figure out what I need to drag from where to get this thing to work on my so-far unmodded NA install.

Copy everything (except for the Extras folder) as is to the X:\Users\Name\Saved Games\Thirdwire\[StrikeFighters2 xxx] folder ([StrikeFighers2 xxx] is whatever version you want to use, e.g. StrikeFighters 2 Europe).

The instructions are certainly comprehensive, but that it involves instructions on adding cockpits, and is also primarily for people who want to do their own manual installation or mods. If you want to just get started, just follow the instructions to stryker (above) and enable the chosen mods with JSGME.EXE.

Also, Version 1.2 of the Superpack is out. It has a lot of enhancements and is compatible with the May patch.
