Can anyone help me, I cant seem to find anything with the search function. I can enable training scripts in BMS 4.32 and start the mission, and i get the text prompts that should show up, but instead of automatically panning to the flight controls I need to be using, it instead focuses in on the HUD, making the training unusable. Any help or direction to a relevant thread would be greatly appreciated.

Only the new bits of BMS actually have training, which is why it is misleading. For instance, startup has a full-featured script, but landing trainings only have a short blurb at the start then leave you alone.

Only the ramp start script can be considered anything close to completed ATM.

I've heard TrackIR (FreeTrack & FaceTrackNoIR) will break the training scripts.

Not really break it, but for the ramp start, it controls the view to get you to see the proper switches. Obviously having TrackIR will mess this up.
