Help!

I've programmed my X65 so the the hats on the stick are programmed to carry out the same funtions as their real world counterparts. In the setup menue all of the hats operate as required, however within the game the DMS HAT doesn't wirk and I am forced to use the keys. Not sure whether this a problem with the Saitek software, the stick, or Falcon!

Al

Using an X65 with DMS myself and all I can say that it works trouble free for me.

Post more details; How exactly did you programm the DMS, how does the keyfile look like etc?
Someone might be able to help you then

Neither my hat for DMS nor the keys work. I wonder if this is an issue with the new BMS update's key files. Someone please post working lines of DMS assignment from their key file.

I briefly got it working with the "Terry" profile and direct assignments, but it's glitchy. It's almost as if the hat is being pressed repeatedly or incompletely or something. I noticed the same problem with TMS keys assigned in the Saitek profiler, resulting in my having to use Advanced assignment to do 0sec keypresses. But that wouldn't allow TMS to be held (for TWS on and HMCS FCR slaving), so I set the pov hat in the profiler to unassigned and just mapped it in BMS directly. But DMS does not appear to be functioning even that way. And H2 hat does show up and works fine in everything else as far as I can tell.

Correction, DMS down is working for the HMCS show/hide. So it's just not doing anything with the MFDs now with DMS assigned directly. Do you have to assign the flip pages, or something?

Part of the problem was similar to the TMS hat needing to be mapped directly due to issues about how the new profiler software mimics keys. It's inferior to the original dat profiler. The rest was related to the data cartridge in BMS.

I still haven't resolved this issue.
I map the two hats on the X65F stick to mimic the DMS and the TMS. This is done inside the Saitek profiler (latest version).
I have noted another glitch, in that the TMS will not designate targets within the radar, but will designate targets within the TGP and HAD.

I have the latest version of BMS too.
Any hints as to how to resolve this gratefully received.

Man. you need to post the details.
What exactly did you program on the keys? what does it say in your F4 keyfile?

Without that information nobody will be able to help you
