Great find. Actually contains some helpful info for carrier landings in SF. Steep decent angles, slower is safer, etc.

EDIT: ...and most importantly, don't be afraid to hit the deck a lot harder than you would landing on a runway.

From a quick goodgle and the amount of F-4s shown, the F-14 was definately new back when the movie was made ('75-'76).

That's an old Grumman movie. I think you can find it on Amazon as part of a package that includes, classic F-14 video "No Points for Second Place."
