I hate to be the one to ask this question....but after some trial and error I did discover that the key commands W- the W stood for the Windows key ... But what does the small (r) stand for? I just know I am going to hate myself for asking because I am probably the only one that doesn't know. ^<>^

The r stands for right, e.g rC-PageUp would be the right hand side Control key as the modifier and PageUp as the key. In the OP's link the table top left shows the key for all the modifiers.
