At first I thought it would have been the new French plane that flew for the first time last week...
but it's not, apparently.
Never seen this one before; also available in full HD!
Thanks carrick! biggrin

A beautiful aircraft - we're given a close look at it here!
Also interesting are the uniforms and medals - at least for RAF_Louvert they would be.

The Museum is in Canada - here is their website:

Also quite interesting is the officer's suitcase we can see opened.
In the right half are drawers for shirts, underwear, socks and personal belongings.
In the left half you had a rod, on which you could hang jackets and maybe ironed shirts.

This suitcase explains, how they could still look halfways decently dressed,
even if they had phases, when they had to sleep in tents.

Looks like I will be planning a road trip to Brampton, Ontario sometime in the not-too-distant future. Very neat! smile2

Let me know when you're going, and perhaps we can make a meet? I haven't been to this Museum yet, and it does truly sound interesting.

Cheers,

Britisheh

PS My wife is not keen on this kind of thing smile

Whilst you guys are there, be sure not to miss the Strutter with the Disc Brakes, as that's about as rare a find as you're likely to see in any museum on both sides of the pond

So can one assume by your fixation on the repro Strutter that you don't care about the glaring inaccuracies of the other airplanes?

Really once you see what they'll accept as reality, there's no reason to look any further. I'd scratch that museum off my must see list.
