Thats strange, Meatshield and I had no trouble what so ever with the AI when we burst through the walls! Someone might want to look into that superman BMP from Road Rage. If he wasn't there harrassing you guys I think that Tanker and I in the air could have really softened up the town for some Bradley/Infantry combined arms with A-10 gun runs in support. Maybe change that F-22 pause start to just them being at a high altitutde in the NW corner flying to the East. Then when they get the info into the GPS/INS they can turn South and head into the target area. I think maybe we should have taken the vehicles in two different directions at the end there to draw off the Mi-24s. I almost won that mission with my superb mixed fire team. Damn it!

That was some great fun.

At first I feared I had made my mission TOO strong (and recommended player respawns to compensate). But then as the night wore on, it was clear that the AI were on their game tonight.

I just checked Road Rage, and there is only one BMP-2 on that whole map, and he's in the second area (and not invulnerable or anything).

That guy traveled quite some way to attack the ground forces, and survived all of those shots by simple good fortune. I was trying to get the Warthogs in on him but he vanished behind a hill the second my laser touched him.

That BMP was incredible. I still can't believe that. Several TOW missiles and Javelins, and he killed both of our Bradleys.

Did our AT actually hit him or was it impacting the ground, trees, bushes, etc short of him? Near miss doesn't do anything to the BMP and even a direct hit will sometimes only slightly damage him depending on the weapon used.

It was always short that I saw, just by a yard or less.

I had that BMP locked up with the Javelin, and he was driving straight on down the road. It looked like the round either fell short or over shot a bit.
Of course right after my round hit, I was hit in the head by shrapnel from the Bradley going BOOM!

I had a fantastic time guys! I love these big turnouts.

Had a blast, minus getting raped by overwhelming bmp prowess.

The first mission was difficult - Whoever made that, good work - would be great with 20+ people for sure!

Bah, something came up last minute as usual so I had to miss out. Will definitely be making some Monday/Thursday games now that I'm able to play again though, I'm really lookin forward to getting back into the game now that it runs much better!
