Nice, your health and hope you are happy in it smile

My bathroom has a shade lighter stone splashback simillar to yours, Ikea deliverd a kitchen worktop that did not fit and after laying in the garage for a couple of years I cut it up to fit the bathroom and an antique sink the wife found on the farm.

Good for you. It is likely that we are at about the bottom of the housing devaluation; so you should do alright with that. Good time to buy, mortgages are usually cheaper than rent now.
