The British pilot was just performing a ground attack on Ste.-Marguerite airfield, and had not been watchful enough. I could dive very close on to his Nieuport 17. He was hit by a terrible burst from my two LMG 08/15 "Spandau", and I suppose that he was dead already, when the petrol caught fire - a goose-skin picture really... I always make the skins for my own craft, which isn't too hard to do for OFF. So this is an own "creation" - my "Ace of Spades" Albatros D.V (early version, with the headrest).
