Timothy Senior Member Registered: 07/23/07 Posts: 4060 Loc: Phoenix - Ft. Carson	So I was voluntold to serve food to civilians who are coming to Armed Forces Appreciation Day here at Ft. Lee. Man, the Marines eat terribly. I try to sneak over to the Air Force DEFAC, now there is a service that feeds helps fail their airmen's PT tests. _________________________ Free Lt. The quality of the amenities there certainly went up a notch after they took over from the Army. I need to find that pic of two of our company's officers eating seafood in the DFAC.

I remember going through recruiting school in Pensacola, the chow was some of the best I'd had on a base, and the Air Force folks going to school there were actually getting extra money because the food was "unacceptable by Air Force standards."
