I own Deus Ex: Human Revolution for both the PS3 and the PC (including the DLC "The Missing Link" for the latter) and for me it's still one of the best games I've played in a long time. In fact, I'm currently playing it again on PC and still on the PS3 together with a friend. It definitely is a worthy successor of the original Deus Ex.
As for the PC versus console (PS3) version: I like the handling on the PC better. A mouse and keyboard are still superior over any controller in a FPS in my opinion. Also, graphics are improved in the PC version over the console version. Besides their higher resolution they look smoother. Lights and shadows look softer, which really adds to the ambience in my opinion.
Here are some more screenshots of the PC version. Hope you like them.
