If one speculates, this could possibly not be a good thing:

Newsbrief: Ubisoft has swapped around the creative director on its upcoming Rainbow Six: Patriots game, with current lead David Sears no longer working on the project.

In a statement to Game Informer, the company said that Jean-Sebastien Decant has taken over the role, noting that more details regarding the game will be released "at a later date." Game Informer is also reporting that a number of other Ubisoft leads, including narrative director Richard Rouse III, lead designer Philippe Therien, and animation director Brent George, have been removed from the project, although this has not been confirmed.

Rainbow Six: Patriots is due to be released in 2013 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, and will see "new features that enhance communication and tactical execution between teammates."

Is this good or bad? Does this mean more tactical (like the original or Raven Shield) or more arcade like Vegas?

Well if it's multiplattform, we can expect the same junk like with Lockdown and Vegas.

Rather interesting is this one here. Please watch this video. Some people collect money to make an old school GR/R6 shooter. The video is hilarious, someone is beeing held hostage for developing a more intelligent tactical shooter... see for yourself smile
