Clearly it's John Sheridan seceding B5 from the Earth Alliance. Bonus points for Mira Furlan at the end. Sorry for the horrible music, no idea what this person was thinking.
Possibly, the "we're so screwed" speech from the Battle of the Line.

Churchill wrote great speeches, but his voice just doesn't cut it. His speeches are better if you read them or a voice over reads them.
If you want the definitive speech of the 20th Century, look to Ronald Reagan.
Here is the best cut I've heard, the portion is called, "Why We Fight", it is from the speech, "A Time for Choosing". As a side note, I have it on my iPhone and listen to it regularly, it is as imperative today as it was 50 years ago.
Here is the whole speech if you want to hear it:
As a side note, you really should watch the cut in HD. Both the full speech and the cut stirs my soul after hearing it more than 100 times.

I'm gobsmacked !! Churchill's voice IS the voice of defiance and promise of victory against all odds. Nobody could make them sound better ! Mr. Reagan is also very good...but notice that even he quotes Churchill.
and as for all the other examples from the entertainment world...with all due respect....they all sound very fine but they are only bits of scripts from shows. examples like Churchill and Reagan are 'the real thing'
