The best thing to do is test each axis out and see if it moves in the menu screen. Once you find which ones go where, make sure you write it down somewhere in case you start the game without starting your CH profile first. If you start the game first, you will lose your settings and have to reset them. I did this about 2-3 times before I finally wrote it down and start my CH profile before starting the game.
