I have a little gift for you. Today I ran "winmerge" on a couple of my installs of CloD and made a package of the files needed to revert to v. 1.01.14588.

to install, just extract the contents onto your 'il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover' folder and overwrite a few files in the \parts\bob and \parts\core folders. Also, if you want, you can keep the newer version of 'Strategy.dll', I think that might be part of the AI? Not sure but it works. No other instructions are provided, if you can't figure it out then please don't try it.

This works on both 1.05.x and 1.06.x.

P.S. If you would like to see Spitfires in 1.06.x without any in-game weathering, you can simply copy the bob_update03.SFS from the zip file to replace the newer one in \parts\bob. It has very limited use, though, because any mission with bf110, bf109e-1 or bf109e-4 will not be able to run.
