Hey guys. I posted my question in the wrong section earlier. I'm wondering how to uninstall the current patches to go back to my original game version. Thanks!!

Can't be done. To revert to an earlier version you have to reinstall using the version you want or one earlier and patch forward.

If you want to have pre-World then that is different. World and any standalone module are independent and can be installed side by side.
