Gives me chills.... That is exactly the military hardware in use when I was in the service.

That's just the way the post action debriefing tool is rendering the models for some reason- as you can see the landing gear is down on some of them, which wasn't the case during the action phase, it's an odd thing that happens.

They are in mission, but the AAR doesn't record that state (IIRC)

It used to- the above screenshot was taken from the AAR tool a few years ago in an earlier version. Sometimes the AAR tool will show vehicle hatches open when they weren't, tracks missing from vehicles which weren't actually blown off, some weird things with the infantry.

I wouldn't be surprised if some of these observations couldn't be attributed to packet loss (that dreaded "network overload" warning message). If not all information can be passed on (remember the game "Chinese whispers"?), funny stuff is bound to happen.

I think some also relates to final condition - shot down helos shown with 'static' blades. Immobilised tanks without track etc. Sometimes these seemed to change from one run to the next (of the same replay). Can't recall but I think that a missing track on the first play would 'behave appropriately' on subsequent runs.

Isn't purely packet loss, as it applies to SP as well.
