Here is a revised manual, besides the usual typo corrections I also reworked some passages because they were poorly translated.
Some additional content made it in from the SP mod(that no one should miss) like sight explanations for the Marder II, SU-85 & SU-100, but as long as there is no English Readme that details what the mod changes so that I know if any of those changes has an impact on what is written in the manual I'm afraid that this manual doesn't really cover SPM.

All I see from the link is a page with 4 download buttons. All are addware or something. the page mentions the manual but I can not see how to get it.

Am I missing something?

You're missing the smallest, least obvious button that says 'Download' in smallprint.
