Before the launch, the launcher is telling the missile (over the OS-10 plug), what to do during flight in case you receive K3 command.
When you set "Rabota ot VM", the missile will arm its radio proxy fuse after launch, and does not take care about K3 at all.
(this was originally developed for the case, when the enemy is continuously emitting K3 signals as jamming)
When you set "TT-I87", the missile will arm its radio proxy fuse after K3 received.
(difference to the normal settings is the distance from the range boresight, when the K3 is emitted)
For 5E11:
"In absense of data about the approaching speed of the missile to the target, with guidance method "TT-I87", the mode of the radiofuse is
"RV ot VM". In this case, if
"RV ot VM" mode was activated till 22 second of the missile flight, K4 command is ordered, corresponding with approaching speed 1070 m/s and it results in following commutation - second pair of antenas, frontal initiation of the warhead.
If "Rab ot VM" is switched on after 22 seconds after launch - no command K4 and the configuration is - first pair of antenas, frontal initiation of the warhead."
For 5X49:
Angle of the Maximum of the diagram of the radiofuse antenas was regulated smoothly, based on the data of the approaching speed miisile-target:

(where V otn is target-missile approaching speed). In "TT-I87" guidance mode (Info for V otn. is missing) Radio fuse is working it "RV ot VM" mode. If this mode is activated till 22 second of missile flight, K4 is ordered, corresponding with 1070 m/s (V otn), and angle of the antenas is 70 degrees, if "RV ot VM"
was activated later than 22 seconds - no K4 and and angle of antenas - 52.5 degrees...
P.S. I've colored "RV ot VM", because it is different than "Rabota ot VM" as it is on the pannel. Maybe this is different version or another switch??? I realized this till writing this - as it apperars - long and useless post.
