Maybe that's what happened but I don't think I even downloaded it at all. Went to library and it's sitting there- went to get the code and it was there... Loaded dcs version and there it was. All done.

Maybe I've missed a step but either way moral of the story is either way it's really easy.

The only way to get keys for a non-Steamworks game without DL is use the view with news on the right and there's a CD Key link on the far right which you click to request the key if the game is not downloaded. I just found that out earlier last night on the Steam user forums. I always use the view with just the list of game icons so never know this even though I have over 230 games on Steam, LOL.

I'm assuming that with DCS World we'll have the dvantages of Steam without Steam. Auto patching and buying through the software, right? If so I'll just migrate my Steam keys to DCS World.
