Anyone else looking forward to this? I am. Its one of my more favorite post WW2 setting COD games. I was confused by the story line like I usually am in these games but I loved the Cold War setting and mission locations. It has my favorite COD mulitiplayer setup bar none.
I much prefer the income based unlocking system of BO compared to the others as well as I enjoyed the added dive mechanic. Hope these features remain in the second one.

I liked Black Ops. Never even played more than a couple of hour of the new one, haven't even finished the campaign and barely touched the MP.
As far as I'm concerned modern combat MP is done best by BF3 and I have no interest in anything else.
And I'm actually starting to long for the days of WW2 shooters. I thought World at War was terrific. I'd settle for a Vietnam or Korean conflict game but the modern stuff is starting to get old (for me, anyway). There's just too many of them out there now. It may be time for these shooters to return to their roots.

I'm declaring me DONE with the CoD series... I really didn't like the Cold War time frame of BO... and getting bored of the same type of MP every year.

Yeah I think COD/MW series has gone the way of Rockband/GuitarHero... repackage, DLC, lather, rinse, repeat...

OMG They are releasing another map pack.........
But seriously I can not do this series anymore. I still have yet to play MW3. For me I am looking forward to MOH Warfighter.

Of the Battlefield, Call of Duty, and Medal of Honor series, I suppose I like MOH the best, it just seems to treat the military community with a little more respect.

I think BF3 is best for weapons and sounds and such. I always prefer the storylines and writing of MOH because its usually always respectful and seems to make an attempt to be more realistic. I like COD games for awhile, get bored and annoyed with them, then pick them back up for quick mp fun. But I've barely touched MW3 myself because it is more of the same and feels like they are rehashing the same thing over and over. They can keep the same formula but change up some other things to make it fresh and a proper progression to another level.

Crap. Sounds like they are leaning towards a near future, almost space tech and combat game. Bummer. Not my cup of tea.
Good grief. Someone make us a tactical, Red Storm Rainbow Six-like SOG Vietnam themed game please.

Just saw the trailer. I might like the SP/Campaign but I'm afraid of what the MP might be.
