Is it possible to use the joystick's trim axles with bms? I cannot find the correct setting in the configurations. I only found the possibility to set trim to a button.

Is this at all possible or do I have to find a work around (like using the joystick's own configuration software)? I am using the g940 btw.

What joystick? With the Cougar or Warthog, it is possible, so I don't see why it can't be done on other joysticks.

I am using the Logitech g940.

Hm... If it works with other joysticks, I probably have overlooked the setting. I will check again later when I am in front of my comp.

Thanks for the heads up Ice smile

Check the BMS forums, surely someone has a profile made up for that joystick and has mapped it to trim. Good luck!

Simply:

If the trim axis is its own independent analog axis, then you can map it in BMS. If the trim axis actually skews the X/Y axes at the stick itself (as with older analog joysticks), then you cannot implement it in-game.
