I really like APOS and bought the summer extension already and I would support graviteam in the future too.
Everything is nearly perfect (also the GUI is great if you know the system behind it) only one thing needs some improvement in my opinion and that is the enemy-AI.
They often attack, when they should defend a position (for example a village), and they attack with very few men/platoons. Once I saw 1 tank moving into my square, without any support, although they should defend a village. When AI is the attacking side, there are often tanks alone without support of infantry.
Are you working on these issues and can we expect an improvement on these issues in a future patch?

AI often conducts reconnaissance, small groups of infantry, or a single vehicl, in order to identify your forces and choose the direction of a subsequent attack or reject it. Yes, these groups are often completely killed.
It is certainly possible to make the AI cheaters peeping over your troops. Then there will be no need for recon groups at all. but I think that this is not the best option.

Also infantry leaved behind the tanks, infantry, or detected on smaller distances, it seems that the tanks go on their own - it's not always the case.

Thanks for the answer. I did not expect, that the enemy AI was planning it's attacks after sending a recon squad - that's a great idea and more realistic.
Only problem is that even troops defending an important point send these recon squads.
Perhaps you can count the forces of each side at the beginning of a local battle and if there is a ratio of les than 40 - 60 or 30 - 70 against the AI, they decide to defend and don't send these recon squads.
This would simulate the information passsed from the HQ that an attack is to be expected and it's no cheating I think.
What do you thinK?

May be. But recon squads act on the nerves of a player and he could miss them, which creates some uncertainty smile
From patch to patch the behavior will probably change, but will not disappear globally.
