Video of what I see, now it doesn't look as bad on the video. But it's insane in my seat.

First view is from the cockpit, second is from the TV and shows the smoother ride I'm aiming for.

I've edited the plr file to 0.1000 and even looked at the dallara file and changed it's setting from 0.3 to 0. In game rates are 0 for both head and yaw. I don't typically get motion sickness but this is close, I can't go a lap before I've to stop.

Got it, I did not have the rfm files in place. 2 hours of track time lost!

Thanks

Panther, that's just about what I'm seeing running 50%/50%/1.00000 for my settings...must be another entry, probably within the mod itself, that's controlling the shake.

On screen, mine's just about identical to your video, movement wise.

Here you go Panther....

Open the following file: Gamedata/IndyCarSeries/2009_Season/INDY_cockpitinfo.ini

7th line from the top:
CockpitVibrationMag=0.003

Change to:
CockpitVibrationMag=0.000

That should do the trick. thumbsup

I'm in. If this is the same mod we ran last year, I'll stick with what I used then.

I learned something new.

Always thought the PLR file edit would take care of it -- usually does. Guess that mod has the ini override the PLR?

Thanks for the fix finding Darren.

I have to talk to friends that will be doing the driving.

Sure we'll miss you! Have fun Kurt!
