You guys should try the Dorito tacos! Imagine a cripy shell that is actually one huge Dorito chip!

They just seem silly, in the same stupid league as chocolate room heaters and a hairdrawer for bath use. Wants the point in the case given that its crisp and therefore doesnt work with utensils and once its filled doesnt work as a hand snack. I'd have a burrito, fajita, enchilada over the taco any day.

Mexican in the UK = joke. They do good curry as far as ethnic food.

On the other hand, outside of the Western and border states, you can find some lousy Mexican places in the US.

'Authentic Mexican' isn't Tex-Mex, nor is it what you see in Many California restaurants. They don't add all the ingredients that you typically see in US restaurants. Someone may or may not like it without fillings like cheese and lettuce. It's different.

Not really. All it counts for is tex-mex and as is implied by the name, its a mix of all sorts and certainly not mexican! Thats like me calling a Balti, Indian winkngrin

This. Authentic Mexican and Gringo Mexican food are two very different things. Though at 2 in the morning after a long night of drinking, I could really care less, so long as the burrito I was getting from the corner taco shop was delicious.

I was just going to post more blagging images with the caption SPAM. Then my chain of thought went to actually spam, and then mexican and then MEXICAN SPAM!?

Ok first one to try mexican with SPAM as the meat* wins.

Anyway, blag blag aeroplanes;

*just how much SPAM is meat is debatable and so this challenge is prolly technically open to the veggies among us! its a win win challenge! thumbsup
