Did anyone noticed that ILS works incorectly - the glideslope needle behaves OK but the localizer needle always shows the heading to the runway and not the lateral deviation from the runway centerline. At the current way ILS works you just can't land properly in IMC. Or am I wrong?

Edit: I'm reffering to SF2NA while landing on the Nimitz with Tomcat to be precise.
