Hi Folks,

After a long joystick-less time, I finally can play this game again and it appears that it has been... expanded. ;-)

Recently, I found myself within a supply mission, but I am unaware of how to complete it. Looking for any mission descriptions, I was not finding anything either.

I mean:
- strike/CAS/etc. missions are clear: Just blow up the targets in the designated area.
- recon missions are clear to me as well: Go to target, hit the TAB key and navigate to submit the recon data.

However, I am not sure on how to drop supplies. Or do I simply need to land at "X" ? If that latter, how close do I need to land there?

Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.

Not 100% sure but I would guess it would be the same as an insertion.....land inside of 30 meters.

However, taking the included keyboard reference to hand, it says that Alt+C is for Comanche or Hokum. So, I don't know whether it would work on a supply helicopter, in case your comment is meant seriously.

If everything fails, I can still give it a try though.

For now, I need to see that the simulation is not crashing on me every now and then (sometimes even before finishing the first mission), but this is a story for a different thread.
