It is DLC and you can buy it at the Thirdwire online shop.

It's not included in North Atlantic.

Just so you know, the mission editor is included in Expansion Pack 2, though you need SF2:Europe for XP2 to work.

If you plan on getting more SF2 titles, you might as well just do that. If you're sticking with NA, then getting the editor via DLC might be the way to go after all.

Be careful, the mission editor does not wok very well with SF2NA !

The Thirdwire Mission Editor (available as DLC or in EXP 2)
works great in every SF2 title!
