Even so I would have expected the wheels that the tracks run on to be frozen solid.

I'm in awe too, Wheels. That Soviet mud (and German engineering) is pretty special.

I seem to remember that T34 they pulled out got a new tank of fuel and started up. Hope the oil got changed, at least.

Be cool to see how its been restored today. Also, wonder if there were any human remains inside it...given how it came out of the mud (upside down)?

Actually it wasn't restored - it was cut to pieces and sold as scrap.
