Verily twas the Grafiks Engine problems that betwixt the patch, not CTD's besooth.
Blacksix did not expound his tale of faild flight , but offered up his anguish and sorrow at patches plight.
Tis a shame, but so long as it be fixd afore two weeks are passed, our rapture will forever last.

Sounds like it is with the graphics engine and not CTD's. I suspect they're having trouble with stuff using more than the standard 16 color pallet.

This is the whole reason for expanded testing, as its almost impossible to test every situation. The patch passed limited inhouse testing but failed expanded inhouse testing. When its released for community beta testing there will be a few more bugs found, but again this is the whole point of testing. Unfortunately it does give some in the banana forums fodder to suggest there is malicious skulduggery going on.
