I'm workin' on a sound replacement project for Strike Fighters 2 that I would like to submit for community feedback. It's a work in progress, but it's a small project, so development time is minimal.

Thanks. All of the default sounds listed in the .ini have been replaced. I'll post another video as soon as I get a chance, and I'll post the list of sounds that have been modified when I get home from work.

Hey Brennus a little off topic but I have to ask, I browsed through your vids on your YT channel and saw this:



what environment mods did you used while making this video? I recently extracted the environment ini file form original cat file and tried experimenting with values to get the cloud formations similar as in your video but to no avail.

I've tried that but in SF2 it looks different than in original WOx series. Is your video taken from SF2 or SF1?

Have you tried Better widesky for SF2 series? I plan to update the video for the next incremental release. I'll post my in-game settings as for cross reference material...

I believe I tried this one also. But it didn't looked as good as Widesky in first series. I tried editing the environmentsystem.ini file on my own but couldn't get the ceiling low enough or the clouds dense and big enough for my taste (as in first series + Widesky). Thanks anyway Brennus.

Oh, you didn't answered my question about the video - is this first or the second series SF?
