V - The Series (the new version 2009)

I really loved the old version of the series V with Marc Singer. Today I was in the shop and saw two seasons of the new version of V, the one from 2009 (if I'm not mistaken) and wanted to pick up both seasons. But a friend of mine told me that the studio (or whoever makes that decision) stopped the series after season 2, is that true? No third season to come? He also said the ending of season 2 is an open ending. Anybody knows more about this, and should I buy those 2 seasons? Is the series as good as the women on the covers look? Is the series as good as the women on the covers look? Morena Baccarin? No, it's not that good Yup, she is pretty breathtaking gorgeous, isn't she? But Elizabeth Mitchell is also a stunner! And Rekha Sharma was my reason for watching Battlestar Gallactica!! My best regards, Kodiak.

I was always more of a Jewel Staite kinda guy with regard to the Firefly graduating class.

Not that Morena isn't a beauty!
Me too, curvy Kaylee was/is HOT. She got really skinny now and it's not as good. I remember reading that Whedon told her she had to gain weight to play Kaylee. Morena does nude scenes in the show I referenced which is why I said he wouldn't be disappointed.
