The great news is, they were perfectly stored and should be in mint condition.

Yeah. Right out of the factory into a box and 6ft under.

So important wondering question, who is going to restore it? Government is well know for bureaucracy that will stall gravity if it could.

According to another article in the Telegraph they were buried 40 feet deep in transport crates.

“They were just buried there in transport crates,” Mr Cundall said. “They were waxed, wrapped in greased paper and their joints tarred. They will be in near perfect condition.”

they ought to be in nearly perfect condition provided the water table is not shallow there.
